Occupation Purpose:
The point of the activity is to give and oversee completely compelling and convenient regulatory administrations to the business territory by following the gathering rules, QMS and EHS strategies for the smooth run up of Warehouse/uncommonly accepting, bundling exercises in most financially savvy way. 

Instructive Requirements:
Pharm D/Pharmacy Graduate 
Experience of 1-2 Years in Rx Industry 
Involvement with Warehousing and Dispensing Function.



Skills:
  • To have expertise warehousing/receiving, packaging capability to manage people. To have ability to solve problems and develop others.
  • SAP working Knowledge is required
  • Good interpersonal communications skills at all levels.
  • Planning skills.
  • Audits and the CAPAs administration.
  • Problems solving and decision making skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge i.e. MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) BPCS.


Key Responsibilities:
  • The key responsibilities and deliverable associated with this position includes:
  • To manage receiving of raw and packaging materials in warehouse to achieve the production plan on time.
  • To manage QMS implementation in warehouse
  • To conduct L-1 audit and provide support in preparation of CAPAs of L1, L2, L3 & L4 Audits of warehouse and compliance of the same.
  • To manage/maintain the department in ‘Inspection Ready’ state all the time
  • To support cycle counts as per Warehouse SOP and discuss short/excess of stock with warehouse manage.
  • To support/coordinate annual physical stock count (Finance audit)
  • Participate to update respective work area board visual boards.
  • Effectively implement GPS within the area of responsibility in department.
  • To maintain and record QMS and EHS standards in warehouse.
  • Support to prepare SOPs and general documentation in warehouse.
  • To manage applicable QA and production general SOPs in warehouse.
  • To conduct risk assessment and prepare mitigation plans.
  • To support in mitigation EHS risks of warehouse.
  • To manage/maintain approved supplier list of raw and packaging material.
  • Raise deviation as needed
  • To manage100% relevant SOPs are In-place In-use in warehouse.
  • To guide raw material and packaging material staff in achieving process safety awareness and reflecting it in their day-to-day activities.
  • To build better cross-function co-ordination for the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
  • To manage warehouse internal KPIs aligned with site strategy deployment plan and manage to achieve these
  • Knowledge in Warehouse processes i.e. storage, receiving, Packaging issuance also have knowledge for dispatch/shipping of finished goods and stock adjustments.
  • Knowledge of process safety and Risk management.
