MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tender Documents:

Reviewing of RFPs/RFQs/Tender reports. This incorporates checking of every single business proviso.

Assessment of business offers:

Ascertain obligations and charges if there should arise an occurrence of CFR costs.
Examination of value structure of Equipment, Services, Civil Works, Training and Maintenance and so on.
Stacking/off-stacking for at standard examination of various offers.
Value correlation with past Contracts/tenders.
Deciding least offer value (Price positioning).

Cooperation in Price exchanges:

Give working/reason for value arrangements.
Consult with merchant based on rationales and references Address non compliance.
Arrange contracts (business) terms and conditions.
Regulate assessment of updated offers after value arrangements.

Vetting draft Contracts:

Check Price Schedule/BOQs

Check the working for calculating final price

Check the commercial clauses.

Control activities

Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards

Undertake performance management

Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.

Any Other Projects Assigned by the Supervisor

Education:

ACCA/ACMA/ACA/MBA (Finance)

Experience:

3 years post qualification experience in commercial evaluation of vendor bids/ procurement.
